    3 picks - 3 huge reaches

I don't have any major problems with the players they picked.

However, I do have a major issue with the fact that each one of their first 3 picks was a reach by at least 10 slots, each.

    That aggrivates me a lot.
Still searching for that offensive rhythm.

I was upset about Evans. However.........I doubt either Evans or Losman would have been there 10 picks after we took them. This 3rd roud pick I don't know enough about him

When Mike Williams wasnt eligible i heard Evans was the 4th best wr...Not that it matters but most fin fans arent happy u guys took him..lol Losman was a bolder move with what u guys gave up for him, but u gotta give to get so have to see with that one in a few years.

He was a run stuffer and playmaker for OSU.He is a hard working DT.Not too bad.

TD has admitted he loves tough players and that's the first thing he looks for.

Unfortunately tough doesn't necessarily equate to talent or results on the field. Just look at Drew.

Shall we go through the ones that do workout?

If you want to....but it won't mean anything to me though. It is always possible to find examples on both sides of that equation which just proves that toughness does not necessarily equate to talent or results on the field. It *can*, sure. But it doesn't mean it will.

why don't you answer this thread since all you've done for the most part is complain?

Mr. Cynical and others, what qb in next years draft can play right away if Drew is gone after this season ? If there are none are you guys happy w/ Kordell as our starting qb going into 2005? A qb ready to start at next year (Losman after this year) is more valuable than any 1st rd qb in next years draft. I love the fact that we as fans can pick up a few draft mags( they cost alot but it is the only way many put down the porn) and think they are experts and knowing not just what the Bills are thinking but every team around the league. There is no way to know how any team stacks the board or to now who covets who. I personally watch 1-2 college games a week, and have read a couple of draft mags. However the Bills have spent millions on scouting(anything from paying the scouts the cost that goes into the thousands of miles traveled hotel rooms etc..) Not to mention the people who make the decisions and have been doing this for a long time. Has TD made some mistakes, yes but he has always been agressive and he hits home runs. Lets remember he built a good Pittsburgh team, also lets wait a year or two to judge what he did today. 3 years ago he had probably the best draft I can remember as a Bills fan(Clements,Henry,Schobel,Jennings). Looking back the Bledsoe thing might have not been perfect, but at the time all of us experts would have made the same trade. If in two years Losman and Evans is a bust I will eat crow, for now I am keeping an open mind.
Are we Men or are we beasts, we are beasts and you have made us beasts, we are always left, right, left, right, left, READY! Front, and the end result is cold hard steel jab between the second and third rib and TWIST- AHHHH

People say we needed a speed wr, we got Evans and some say it's a reach.

Some people say we need to replace Drew, we got Losman. Other say it was expensive.

Some people will always find ways to complain.

You all want to draft need? Any player we drafted this year would not be much of a impact player and just like Losman take a whole year to learn and get their ears wet in the NFL.

Guys LIke Suggs, Peppers and Boldin are very rare.
