Since he was#22, he can't ask for crazy-absolutlely-wasted money like Drew, but there's still a few mill SB by 22. His Big Drew Monopoly Sweeps type money would be made in a new contract after the final year of his rookie contract.

All this assumes he is the next coming of Kelly, of course.
