Sometime this evening, the Bills will finish their 46th college draft and begin to assemble their training camp roster. One or two of the draftees may make a difference in the Bills' personality early in the season. One or two could make smaller differences in the last half of the season.
Whatever happens will be dessert for 2004. Right now the stage reverts to the grown-ups:

Willis McGahee - At last we'll see him in action. Is his knee fully healed? Is he the game breaker he was for the 2002 Miami Hurricanes? Is he the same weapon he was before the bowl game injury against Ohio State? Can he take a hit? We'll be able to tell more on the St. John Fisher practice field. We'll find out even more in the preseason games.

Tom Clements - Has the new offensive coordinator cooked up the right Travis Henry-McGahee casserole? The Bills are a running team now, or so they tell us. Nevertheless, Eric Moulds is still their best player. Will Clements make him more than an occasional weapon?...more (http://www.buffalonews.com/editorial/20040425/1049862.asp)
