What should we do with all of them?

We will send the rejects to the fins who will make them qb's. Hell if they could grab a FG ball holder in Feely and make him a qb, who's to say a TE couldn't do it in Fin logic? :D

Peters is not a shoe in for the job. There is a reason he went undrafted. We just don't know it yet. They could be eyeing him as an OL man, or a very situational TE.

FYI, Peters (for now) has been issued number 67

woooah....crazy, i checked back at bb.com and now all of the newly acquired players numbers have been erased, along with some of their positions (peters was listed TE-now blank, nathan chandler i believe was QB - 17, but now both are blank.

ok, scratch that...depending on what path you take to see the roster, it might seperate the rookies, at which point it will not give you a number, but it also might have them all together with most have numbers and positions

We also have Nathan Chandler and that one practice squad TE. (cant remember the name) That makes six. I say we line up like this.

3. Peters (2nd on short situations.)

He's been in the league since 1999 and was active for 16 games with us last year.
Rules state less than 2 years in the league AND less than 6 games active to be eligible for the practice squad.

Coates was the last time Drew really used the TE.

I think he grew out of his "throw to the TE" phase.

peters ran aroudn the 4.9s at the combine, most sources say 4.91 that is still damn fast for a man his size. thing about that is, he wont ever have to run 40 yards, if we ever did choose to throw him the ball, it would likely be a 5-10 yard hook or quick outs to give him a chance to turn it up field and inctroduce himself to the 190 lb free safety

peters should play te ...maybe he failed some teams physicals..plus i believe he scored low on the wonderlic test .. that probably didn't help his cause.....
