No, it hasn't been aired yet.

Apparently NEXT means in a half an hour on ESPN these days. Go figure. It hasn't been on yet. I got home from my girls and they had a preview saying "Next on SC, the JO Losman story" and then they showed him talk.... i didn't know it would take this long though. lol

Hate to say it....he sounds like a bit of a poof, e.g., a f*g. :(

Yeah looks a bit like RJ....or Adam Sandler in the Wedding Singer ;)

Ok, was THAT the thing everyone was talking about?!?!

Sorry, I'm not seeing an attitude problem, maybe its me...

Did you see those throws??? DAMN!!!

Mr. Cynical
04-26-2004, 10:56 PM
My take...

His attitude didn't seem to be a problem at least from what I saw. He's a young kid who is going to make a s**tload of money, so you have to cut him a little slack. But I definitely didn't get the feeling he was abrasive. Time will tell though.

On another note, how great is Marty Schottenheimer. Man I love that guy. Old School rules.

If there was any drawback i saw- he looked scrawney

I was just going to edit that into my last post. I agree. Let's just hope that doesn't translate into another Chris Chandelier.

lol i hated the pick at first but it grew on me. I love it. He's the future of the Bills.

The funny thing is, they said he took a shot at Big Ben by running and Big Ben was sarcastic to him.... Week 17... Losman vs Big Ben.

I really do love this kid now BTW, i'm not joking or being sarcastic. lol

I was impressed with his tenacity when following the other QBs to their workouts. I think he could bring great things to Buffalo. I liked his attitude, and his study of the game.

I though his upper body was thick.

But you have to admit his voice sounded a bit high/soft/feminine. Maybe they should send him to prison instead of training camp to let Bubba give him some "man" lessons. ;)

I can understand why the press has run with the "attitude" thing. But I don't see it as a real factor whatsoever.

He looks strong and confident. One of those we lack right now.

LtBillsFan66
04-26-2004, 11:05 PM
I didn't like his 'tude. There is cocky from confidence and a cocky trashtalker. I see him as a trashtalker.

Oh well. Maybe he's the guy you hate - if he's not on your team. ala Reggie Miller to knick fans.

Mr. Cynical
04-26-2004, 11:06 PM
One thing I did like was his enthusiasm. He looks like he has fun like Favre does. That's a good thing.

I'm not holding anything against him until I see him play!!!

I wonder what he meant to say about Eli Manning.....?? :)

He probably said, " I ran a 4.60...what did you run?"

"Oh wait, you didn't run."

I have to admit, as you can see, that I am new to the site.

Can you explain the avartar thing?

This site is a godsend as I am a Buffalo native in a Panthers Den!

Help!

I'd much rather have Bobby Boucher as my quarterback of the future than AJ Feely.

That's just me. I like this kid.

Just want to say thanks to those of you who have embraced my prescence!

Advartar...Technicality which I am working on.

Important...Posts that are meaningful.

Even my roomate (A Panthers Fan) thinks Losman is awesome...even above Rivers and Manning....Heart goes a long way...and you can tell from the ESPN piece that he loves the game.

It could be just his age-

But they showed Favre running then cut to him running- he looked like he was running on pencils. hopefully in 2 seasons he gets bulked up without losing speed

Thank you sir!

So am I the only one that is wondering when L-Man is going to take his first snap?

Knowing the Org. and the respect they have for Bledsoe (Barring an absolutely horrible performance) I think half-way.

B-DON

next year hopefully

mypoorfriendme
04-27-2004, 03:14 AM
if bledsoe has the type of season he did last year and is playing terribly, losman MIGHT see the field by week 12. and even that is pushing it. if we sign another vet qb, hed go in before losman.

whiteboy
04-27-2004, 07:29 AM
Losman may appear thin but he is one hell of an athlete. They have him listed as having a 370lb bench press and a 460lb squat. Those are some nasty numbers for a guy listed at around 217 lbs.

He's only in his early 20's. Give him two years to put on about 10 quality pounds and he will be one of the best (white) qb athletes in the league.

The Spaz

6'2" 224 Lbs. is far from scrawny.

Don't worry about his size, he will fill out in a couple of years. He's plenty big and strong enough.
LOL two weeks ago everybody was in love with Rivers. We got the better of those two qb's.

I'm looking forward to seeing him play in the Preseason.....oh wait, I forgot.....they're not nationally televising any Bills games this preseason. Bastards.

I didn't like his numbers vs Rivers in the senior bowl.
Why didn't he perform well (5 for 11)?

eyedog
04-27-2004, 10:36 AM
LOL. your worried about an all-star game. Yes Rivers had good numbers in that particular " all-star game". He must be better. I guess the Bills will have to suffer with the left overs. No need to go any further.

Ryan Dinwiddie had some great numbers at Boise St. He must be great too. Maybe the Bills should have taken him also. His numbers were better than Losmans.

LOL my wife said he looks like Adam Sandler, she said they could make a movie and have Kevin Costner play Mularkey and Sandler play Losman.
