The Buffalo Bills padded out their roster on Monday by adding 18 college free agents to the six players they selected in the NFL draft, including Arkansas’ Jason Peters, a gigantic tight end who projects as an offensive tackle.
Peters, 6-feet-4, 336 pounds, was among the top five tight ends after catching 21 passes for 218 yards and four touchdowns as a junior.
