Travis Henry is off to a great start in his second NFL season and is on his way to surpassing what was a solid rookie year.
And if he can maintain his current pace, he'll produce one of the greatest seasons for a running back in Buffalo Bills history.

Henry's 132-yard performance against the Miami Dolphins on Sunday gives him 631 yards for the season, fourth best in the AFC and sixth in the NFL. Of all the running backs with 100 or more carries, Henry's 4.8 yards per attempt is second only to Marshall Faulk's 4.9.

Henry, who ran for 729 yards last year, is putting up rushing numbers this year that the Bills haven't enjoyed since the peak years of the great Thurman Thomas.

Henry's average of 90.1 yards per game has him on pace to finish the regular season with 1,442 yards. That would be the fourth-highest total ever for a Bills running back and the most since Thomas rolled up 1,487 yards in 1992. ...MORE... (http://www.buffalonews.com/editorial/20021022/1028588.asp)
