Maybe Ed Cunningham, the agent for former Eagles guard John Welbourn, was right.
"If you want to get out of Philadelphia," Cunningham said after his client was traded to Kansas City, Sunday night, "all you have to do is mention Tom Modrak."
In a major shakeup of their scouting department, the Eagles fired four scouts, including director of college scouting Marc Ross, all of whom were originally hired by Modrak, the team's former director of football operations

I wonder if these guys are any good an dif we would be interested in picking them up.
