What a joke. It's an orgy fest for Bill Billichick and Tom Brady.

We had THE worst O-LINE in the league last year, and on paper we downgraded from a Pro-Bowler to an above average Valerial.

Coaching may make a difference but that remains to be seen.

Vilarial plays RG not LG so he will be replacing Pucillo and Tucker and Sullivan will replace Ruben at LG. Also I don't care how many Pro Bowl's Ruben has been to he sure hasn't played at that level in a long time.

It doesn't matter. I hope we're ranked #32 so we can sneak up and surprise the hell out of them when the season starts.

Calm down guys.... its based on last years records.

With one substantial exception (Atlanta), the teams are generally ranked how they finished last season -- winning teams followed by losing teams. Real insight there, going way out on a limb.

those things are about as predictive as the Sports Illustrated preseason rankings. they're not even accurate DURING the season. I'd rather have them NOT rank us highly and avoid the jinx.

Those idiots are always up Vick's ass, and he hasn't proven anything to anyone other than he knows how to sustain an injury. Even during his college days he was injured quite frequently. He is a great athelete and he can truly throw the football, but what has he truly done to warrant the Falcons a 7th level ranking this early prior the season?

Something tells me that NFL teams aren't going to be taking this into consideration while game planning for upcoming opponents.

More bogus off-season, dead-zone crap.

It's about what we deserve based on our pathetic showing last season. We need to win in order to get some respect.

That hole power rankings is ****. Dolphins are overated, buffalo and jets are underated. So many teams are under and overated. I didnt like the rankings at all.

Jets are gonna blow this year. 5-11 at best.

We were 6-10 last year and our only major change is that we fired our coaches and hired a rookie HC and a rookie OC. I wouldn't say that a 23 ranking is a lack of respect.
