I know, we'd all like to see the whole team step up. But which player in particular do you want to see really step up his game?

For me, its a tossup between:

Denney (if he's starting this season, otherwise its Kelsay)

Drew , we really need the offense to pick it up and it all starts with Drew being more consistent and productive. Id really like to see JP on the bench for atleast 1 season.

But i'll go with Drew, since our defense will be atleast top 10 again this year.

Well besides all of them, I would like to see Josh Reed step up this year

I can't say one player but with the new coaching staff I'd say the O-Line!

Teague.

If we don't get better play from our OL, especially the interior, no one else is going to be able to step up.

Man, looking at the names of tackles taken in the top 5 over the last bunch of years, it's clear that he's got a long way to go - there's the Samuels, Pace, Ogden, Bosellie group who all made the pro bowl within their first 2 years in the league (I think) and there's the Williams, Davis group that are average starters in that time.

How many of them had to spend a year playing next to someone who actually helped opposing players sack the QBs, though?

Yeah, but none of them had to look for excuses either.

Maybe MW could play at a pro bowl level if he's placed with a good G. However, they did play at a pro bowl level
in that time

Pace, Boselli, and Ogden are all pushing for having HOF careers right now. Samuels might be on his way.

Williams isn't.

Since he hasn't really done anything yet, I'd like to see Evans step up his game to the NFL game.

well i can say the most important person that needs to step up is without a question the qb.. bledsoe has to play better or this team will be in the gutter.. period. bad qb play = dallas picking in the top 10 next year..

the only other spot that has to improve is either the LG or the C.. we can handle one of them playing just average.. but one of them needs to be good.

The waterboy. I heard he was spilling drinks all over the place last year and was the main reason the team sucked.

Getting to average would be a step up for both of them.

Mike Williams, with the new coaching staff, there won't be any excuses this year
