Who are your nominees for greatest Bills team ever?

Hello guys, I'm working on an all time bills tournament over at billsaddiciton.com and I was looking for some nominees for the greatest Buffalo Bills team ever.

    So far we have:

    1964
    1965
    1990
    1991
    1992
    1993
    1999

I'd like as much input as possible, I'd like to have a 16 team tournament with everyone voting on them.

We haven't had 16 good seasons.

I'd add 1973 and a couple of the Chuck Knox teams (1980, 81?)

Forget about the 60's, I wasn't born yet.

I don't have a good enough memory for the 90s.

wow ... if you're looking to add teams, I guess you could go with:
'66 (the end of the mid-60s run)
'80 (the peak of the Knox era)
'88 (the first real glimpse of promise for the 90s)

I never really had much faith in the 99 team ... I think the 95 or 96 team, whichever lost to the Jags in the playoffs, was the best non-Super Bowl team of the 90s. I was at that Jags game ... couldn't believe that the Bills lost a playoff game at home - especially to a Florida team.

Personally, I'd say screw the 16 teams, go for an 8-team format and have the 80 Bills and the 88 Bills play a qualifier.

I personally thought 99 was the best team ever here. On paper at least, that was hands down one hell of a defense.
                Its all about the quest.

We made the playoffs in 74. I liked our team in 80 too. We had the number 1 defense that year when we lost to the Chargers on a late deep TD pass that our safety misplayed and fell down. What a gutsy game by Ferguson though. I think by far our best team was 90. If we had a decent defensive coordinator we might have taken the game to the Giants. 3rd and 19 really killed us though.

1990 easily, the Bills were at their peak and the best team in the league.

I have to go with the 91 team. That was our best shot. We were in full K-Gun mode then and unstoppable...Those damn lucky ass Skins...

I like the 88 team except for Harmon, him and flutie/johnson are my most hated Bills of all time
