WE GOT THEM!!

Tickets for the home opener have been purchased. Unless you really want me to send them to you I will hold on to them here.

They are in section 143 rows 19-24...tried to get the best block instead of one or two rows.

Also, talked with Mike Mularkey and got his autograph for Eb Jr.

We are good to go. Make your plans for opening weekend.

I was going to ask you if you got to see Mularkey! I was way in the back of the line when he first came out. But he came all the way to the end. Nice guy!

About 2 hours later as I was still standing in line, Sam Wyche came out. But he started behind me and I didn't get to meet him.

technically speaking, that's kinda true. When Cleveland didn't have a team, we held a few Cleveland days for our friends from down I-90 and the scoreboard endzone was pretty much where the majority of them sat.

Cool....you're about halfway between Patrick and me  I gotta warn you, though...watch out for a pair of loudmouths in my section. One is this nut who carries around a helmet and has people touch it for luck and the other's claim to fame is that he spills  on everyone around him.

Yeah, you are basically completely opposite from where the Zoner section was last year and where Ally and I are now. If you want to watch the jumbotron...turn your head and prepare for a lot of neck craps. :snicker:

:jk:

They are good seats, I've sat in them before. :D

He'll probably be willing to do that. He said he did enjoy these seats when Mark had them. So, maybe he will trade 1 or 2 games. But you better not leave me for all the games.

I have my reasons, Mike. For starters my dad HATES the endzone seats and I didn't want to risk being stuck there, which is why I asked that my seats be purchased separate from the group. If it was going to be a problem, I should've been told PRIOR to the purchase of the tickets. I would've asked that my money be returned and I would've made other arrangements for tickets. If my seats are indeed in the endzone, I now have to sell them and purchase new ones.

Those aren't bad. They're right at the border of where endzone seats cut off the far end of the field but I've always used row 20 as the line I wouldn't go below so you'll be ok. The good thing is that they are center of the end zone so you can still get a good perspective on the live play. The more you get toward the corner the less perspective you have. I would have been ok to sit there, but I'll just have to scalp a couple. No problem. Put me on the waiting list if anyone backs out.

If they are seats you don't want, a friend of mine may be intrested. He just found out that he is supposed to be back in the states (from the ROK) the first part of Sept.
