Citing the New York Daily News, Len Pasquarelli, of ESPN.com, reports free agent QB Kerry Collins (Giants) has agreed to a deal with the Oakland Raiders. Various sources have said work still needs to be done on an agreement in "principle", but all sources say Collins has verbally agreed to join the Raiders and that a deal could be in place this week.
