A great easy dinner!

i eat this all the time since i met Mark and he left me 7 bottles of his sauce.


i buy a huge bag of grilled chicken breasts from Sams.

george foreman grill.

cook 2 in the grill.. takes about 5 minutes.

get out the cutting board.. chop the breasts up into cubes.. throw them in a tuperware container.. dump the sauce on them (sweet and tangy is the best).. lid on ... shake it up..

grab two pieces of bread..

done. eat it right out of the container..

easy meal.. good for you.. easy clean up.

I don't have a GF grill so I have done this either by poaching or microwaving the chicken during the winter or grilling them in the summer.

except i dont use the grill, the weather, especially in summer, takes care of the chicken :up:

That works the same Eb.

The few times I tried to make real wings they came out nasty. So I decided just to throw the sauce on cut up chicken breast.

It was part health and part frustration that made me try it. :D

sometimes i toss in some brocolli, spinach, or asparagas on the side..
