The deal is worth $3.2 Mil with a $1.7 mil bonus over 4 years. Good deal if you ask me. Reports are that he stood out in practice today and had a phenominal first day. I'm really excited to see what this guy can do in games.

For once, I actually agree with a Canuck.

But when all is done, the two greatest WR's in Bills history will be Reed's. I had the privilage of watching Josh Reed since he was a dominating RB in high school. Now I know i'm not old at 22 years old, but I have seen plenty of highlights of past and present WR's in the NFL, and I tell ya, I have never seen anyone yet do what Reed can do. Reed runs breath taking routes. I have never seen anyone run full speed, then stop on a dime and change directions without losing speed like Reed can.

To give you an idea of how he runs routes, take a ball, throw it at a wall and watch it bounce back. The ball represents Reed, the wall represents where his route breaks. He's like a frickin pinball.

And we are not going to get on the subject of how velcro his hands are, or even how fearless he is in traffic with his leaping ability.

Now that is a reasonable contract for a rookie to sign. You didn't see him sitting out for a big signing bonus.

I agree CBB, Josh will live up to the Reed name.

Could Price be a waiver casulty?

I think we should try to package Price or some reciever with one of our RBs.

Package him up for what JtBf?

Any ideas or rumors of names that are available?

I have as much optimism about Reed as anyone else, but come back to Earth guys. He hasn't played a snap of NFL ball yet. Right now he is a very promising prospect at WR, not an NFL great. Let's hope eveything turns out right and he does become that good.

He's going to be something special. It was great to watch him interviewed on Fan TV yesterday. He was talking about how bad he felt for missing one practice during his "holdout." The guy was nearly in tears because he didn't want to let his teammates down. He's a class act, and I think he's going to be a great one! I'll be thanking God every day that he fell to us in Round 2.

why did he fall so far down in the draft.

He fell in the draft because of perceived lack of size and speed and supposed arthritic hips. His college production was phenominal.
