18. Bills-
Like the Jets, the Bills should expect to have a more vertical offense. In the Bills' case, the addition of speedy rookie Lee Evans should give the Bills one of the better receiving corps in the league. Of course, the offensive line has to give Drew Bledsoe time to throw and that's no sure thing. The defense is going to be counting on some greybeards, but it's a fine unit overall.

Milloy needs to show he can get pressure on the QB when Blitzing and show he has the speed not to get beat deep.

I would like to know how bad Sam Adams' arthritic knee is though.

Though I wouldn't say "old" by any stretch, I can sorta see what he means. During the season these guys will be:

Vincent: 34
Milloy: 31
Reese: 30
Adams: 31
Williams: 32
McKenzie: 31

That's an average of 31.5. Some would argue "prime", others would argue "decline".

I say "it depends".

It depends on the position and on the schemes being used (and the genes of the player, of course). The only one above that concerns me is Vincent. Of any position on the D, CB is the one where age hurts you the most.*

*Exception: That freak of nature Darryl Green.
