Best of luck to you!!!!!:up: It's hard to get started, but once you do, it becomes easier every day!!!!! You'll start to feel better too.

I agree with you about taking a vitamin. I forgot to suggest that. Also, keeping a food journal is a GREAT way to see what you're eating, how much and how often.

You can do it!!!! Just don't get discouraged. And, you'll plateau at some point too. So, be prepared and don't give up because you aren't losing. Eventually you'll start losing again.
