    Who was waived?

Just heard a passing reference on SB of a player being released. Anyone know who?
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?

I heard it and then forgot. I know it was one of the many offensive tackles who stood virtually no chance of making the team. I think it might have been Bernard Robertson.
I've made up my mind. Don't confuse me with the facts.

I'm the most reasonable poster here. If you don't agree, I'll be forced to have a hissy fit.

Oh well?! He was a former 4-5th round draft choice of the Bears a few years ago.

Offensive tackle Bernard Robertson was waived by the Buffalo Bills on Thursday.

Robertson was initially signed by Buffalo in December, but did not play in the team's final two games. He broke into the league as Chicago's fifth-round pick in the 2001 draft. He had five starts in 17 games with the Bears before being released before the start of last season.

Yeah, he was a 5th rounder who actually started 5 games for the bears. McNally must have strong reasons to cut him, cuz he must be better than Pucillo.

A ham sandwich would be better than Pucillo.
