Read it for yourself. The author blames the players for not getting envolved in their Alma Mater's athletic department after they graduate. The author, who is african-american, essentially says that if you want black coaches you need to "demand former black players get involved with their school's alumni groups and influence the hiring practices."
Anyway, I thought it was well written and brought up some good points.
