    Still waiting on McGahee

Is WM going to take over? Travis has skipped all these OTM's or whatever they are called. Bad things are brewing i believe.

first off, travis hasnt skipped all of them. and secondly, if there were serious trouble brewing, travis would have been traded on or before the draft IMHO

Willis McGahee was also excused today.
I've made up my mind. Don't confuse me with the facts.

I'm the most reasonable poster here. If you don't agree, I'll be forced to have a hissy fit.

RBs Travis Henry and Willis McGahee were excused from practice on Thursday, Mularkey said. ...

Just one day, and both of them were excused Bids. End of story.

TH will be the #1 back. WM will come in for about 5-10 carries a game. And pending on how he does they might adventully plit the carriers 20/20(if MM knows to run the baal 40+ times each game).

to steal a quote from Bad Radio...

"Henry is going to be the starter this year. Period. He could probably show up to every single day of practice until September with a case of 40-oz's and a rack of ribs, sit in a lawn chair in his boxers on the 50 yard line and yell profanities at Mularkey that include references to Mrs. Mularkey and he'd still be the starter."

When they picked WM 1st in the draft I'm sure we were all stunned, to say the least. I think some of the stun is still lingering. I have decided to believe that they are going to be the next awesome duo like Moulds/Price...only they'll be taking turns. I'm guessing they'll use them on & off all year & really screw with the defenses! Wouldn't that be *****in' fun?
I didn't come here to fight, I hate fighting. Life is way too short to spend it on fighting! Go fight with yourself, one of you will eventually win!

I think Henry is overrated (cuz our line can run block like mad) and Willis will be better quickly, but Travis is a freaking warrior. He shows up and plays his ass off. The only thing he skips is rope for conditioning.

I don't think Henry is overrated. He has done an outstanding job considering the small number of carries KG gave him the last couple of seasons.
