ever since I was in high school playing sports, i've had a ripped stomach. Never had to work hard at all to get a 6 pack. I might do 25 situps a week and i still can keep 'em ripped.

my questions is this- how do I take it to the next level. I feel guilty and know that if I even put a little effort into it my abs would be even more ripped and tight. I mean, they're pretty ripped and tight right now, but I want to take it to the next level. What are the best exercises so I don't hurt the back or neck?

also, I eat and eat and eat and eat and never gain any weight. It's getting frustrating. Any suggestions?

also, i'm worried about getting too muscular. What is the proper balance between lifting and cardio?

also, my arms are naturally huge. defined and zero body fat. I'd like to take about 1/2 to 1'' off of my arms in muscle but not gain any fat, any suggestions?
