New Buffalo Bills cornerback Troy Vincent is a veteran of 13 National Football League seasons.
Judging by the way he talks about his arrival in Buffalo, the 32-year old sounds like a kid on the first day of school.
"It's been a very pleasant transition," said Vincent, who signed with the Bills in February, coming from Philadelphia after eight years with the Eagles. "The guys have been open arms to my reception. The coaches have been doing everything possible to help me with my transition."
Vincent also thinks the transition will be easier due to the passion the locals have for the team.
"It's a college atmosphere in this city," he said. "There's not much going on as far as professional athletics are concerned, so we're the talk of the town, and you can just feel it. That equates to fun and excitement, and I'm looking forward to everything."
