Michael Vick left Atlanta's game against the New Orleans Saints on Sunday late in the fourth quarter with a swollen left thumb and pain in his left shoulder. He also felt nauseous.

Vick left two plays before the end of the Falcons' 37-35 win and said his ailments are not serious.

UPDATE:

Quarterback Michael Vick had part of his left hand wrapped in a bandage Monday after mildly spraining his left thumb in the Atlanta Falcons’ last-second victory at New Orleans.

The left-handed Vick insisted he will practice this week and be in the lineup when the Falcons (4-3) host Baltimore (3-4) Sunday.
