Even though we’re on the cusp of summer, the Buffalo Bills got a taste of “Bills weather” Thursday morning.
Temperatures barely passed the 50 degree mark, and wind and rain on the field at Ralph Wilson Fieldhouse resembled an October afternoon at Ralph Wilson Stadium across the parking lot.
“What’s wrong with you guys? Can’t you guys handle the rain?” Bills quarterback Drew Bledsoe playfully told the group of reporters who walked into the fieldhouse once the rains came.
The Bills have used the offseason and subsequent mini-camps to put in as much of the offensive and defensive plays as they can before training camp, which begins at the end of July. Head coach Mike Mularkey likes the effort the team has been putting forth so far.
