Mike Mularkey finds himself in an unusual situation in his first season as head coach of the Buffalo Bills.
He's taking over a roster that isn't facing wholesale changes to its starting lineup.
Most first-year coaches arrive along with a new broom that sweeps clean. Mularkey's starting roster has undergone the least change of any of the seven new head coaches in the NFL this year.
