The Buffalo Bills already are on the verge of selling out four home games this season - even before individual tickets go on sale to the general public - and they're confident they will sell out all eight games for the second year in a row.
The sales of suites and outdoor club seats also are going well, with more than 90 percent of both groups already sold, three months before the Sept. 12 opener against Jacksonville.

That's the good news.

But behind the scenes, the Bills, working with a local business committee, still are having a difficult time selling their 1,800 indoor club seats, located in four 450-seat enclosed sections in the tunnel end zone at Ralph Wilson Stadium.

The team has sold fewer than half of those 1,800 seats.

Hardy Western New Yorkers who don't seem to mind braving the elements have never warmed up to the indoor club seats, which carry an annual license fee of $1,300 each, plus the ticket price. Some fans have complained that it's too antiseptic an environment, too much like watching the game at home on television.
