Never would I have thought 5-3 was possible at this point. We have a very tough game ahead of us, and a week off, thereafter. A chance to put it all on the line for the league to take us seriously, and pay attention to Bills football. Just crush New England and heal up for the home stretch.

The media cannot and will not, take away this feeling of euphoria, as a fan, I am now experiencing. They can say 'This part of the team is weak', or, 'It has been a soft schedule', all they want. The Bills are finally getting the right bounces, aside from that ugly one on Sunday.

It just might be our year.

 I've heard people say that we've had an easy schedule. Yeah, the Jets and Vikes have pretty much flopped around most of the season - but noone was predicting that in pre-season.

not to mention we've only won one of those 2 games

Most people thought the Jets would be decent, Minnisota would be good, and the Bears would be really good.

If you had told me this summer we would be 5-3 at the 1/2 way point I'd have taken it in a heartbeat.

I thought we'd be lucky if we had a record of 3-5 at this point of the season.

Now we should be looking at 6-3 for our bye week.
