The Buffalo Bills and Labatt USA have signed a three-year marketing agreement that will bring the Canadian beer to the stadium. Under the terms of the agreement, the brewery will have the Labatt Blue Zone just outside the stadium, almost underneath the main scoreboard.

In addition, Labatt beers will sold inside the stadium....more (http://buffalo.bizjournals.com/buffalo/stories/2004/06/21/daily40.html?jst=b_ln_hl)

It's not the same unless you buy it in Canada. The alcohol content is lowered. That's why I don't drink American beer. Taste's like water.

What I don't understand is Canadians bringing Bud to the stadium. WTF?

I know, every year I fly up from Ft. Lauderdale to Buffalo for the home opener. And every year I see the Canadians drinking either Bud or Coors and all the Americans are drinking Molson or Labatts. What the hell is up with that??

Canadian Bud is brewed in Canada ... American bud is brewed in the States.

There is a huge difference in the taste between the two.

Anheuser-Busch has a big brewery in Baldwinsville, just outside of Syracuse.

If they won't put Guinness in the Jim Kelly Club, LaBatt is at least a significant improvement over the Molson I've been drinking for the last several years.

Although I have to admit to going to double scotches a few times during particularly excruciating performances.
