        did u really need to ask? Hell, if one day, just for comedy value he put on a number 79 and played tackle, he'd automatically become the greatest player ever to wear that number

            that's a good argument....certainly the greatest kikcer, probably EVER. Clutch this, he single handedly dragged the Pats through the playoffs and then won them the big one....TWICE

            but still probably favre. even when the team was average, he created wins

                      The thing about kickers is that the good ones always spend some time regarded as "one of the best" or "the best ever." Remember when Christie had the highest % ever? Then the next guy to hit his prime did, thanks in part to Christie getting older. It's a common cycle.
