    Heatley charged in death of Snyder

    Atlanta Thrashers player faces charge of vehicular homicide after crashing his Ferrari in which teammate killed


    ASSOCIATED PRESS

    ATLANTA - Atlanta Thrashers star Dany Heatley was indicted today on vehicular homicide and five other charges in the 2003 wreck that claimed the life of his teammate Dan Snyder.
    The Fulton County district attorney, Paul Howard, announced the indictment.

    Police estimated that Heatley was driving his black Ferrari convertible at 80 mph when it ran into a brick pillar and iron fence on Sept. 29, 2003.

                I Drive 75 Down My High Way.. and theres Still Tons of people passing me.. including Cops and state police..

                if anything... sue the U.S. Law Enforcement

                They've Gotten Slack as **** with pulling people over..

                Crap On Sunny days Im Zooming at nearly 95 Mph down the highway and people still pass me and look at me like im going too slow..
