I was around 218-220 3 months ago, 210 at the doctor's office last month, and I informally weighed myself Friday fully clothed on a bathroom scale at 205.

I weighed 115 on July 9th in the doctor's office. I don't know what I'm up to now. I really fell off the wagon over the weekend. :( I had three mudslides, hot and sour soup and an egg roll on Friday with NO walk. Saturday night I had Ellios pizza for dinner. And yesterday I really lost it. I had low fat popcorn, candy and wheat spaghetti for dinner. I was STARVING last night. But, I did do two three mile walks on Saturday and Sunday. Still, I feel like a :fatkid:

Hello people, I'm here for the same reasons as the rest of you. Just because some of you don't think I need to lose any weight doesn't mean I don't. No one has seen me in months and it's all in how you perceive yourself. I'm not criticizing anyone here, so please don't criticize me and my goals. Thanks! :)

BTW, I forgot to do my update:

July 9 - 115 (but I don't think this is accurate anymore I think it's more)

both...women who normally retain water during their cycle should weigh in on the same day of their cycle to reflect normal water weight retention.

I'm sorry, Valerie. You are right, some perceive themselves fatter than they are and some preceive themselves skinnier than they are. It's all up to you. I feel like I have a lot of weight to lose and I admit it. You keep it up, girl. I hope you lose the amount that you are aiming for. :up:

I was 320, about 3 weeks ago. So, i've lost 15 pounds in about 3 weeks. Yeah, it is a lot of water weight. I can tell. BTW, I have been told by a couple fellow employees and/or regular customers that I do look a little slimmer. Let's hope it keeps melting. :pray:

hey mikey, you are 6'3" correct...did you know that you would have to weight 200 pounds not to be considered overweight

um...fine 205 then...:rolleyes: and that probably means you need at least 3000 calories a day...so next time you tell me that one chicken leg is going to "tide you over" I'll have a bridge to sell you.
