If my friends and I were to go to a restaurant the night before the Dolphins game...which restaurant would we have the best chance to see some players hanging out or is that not a reality? I am trying to plan the trip and figured I would ask.

They used to stay at the 4 Points Sheraton on Walden Avenue near the Galleria...don't know if that is still true or if they switch hotels depending on the week. Couple of years ago we were on the elevator with a few of the players and there was a big buffet on the floor they got off at; betting they don't go to a restaurant the night before a game.

It's true. Marv used to curfew the team at the Sheraton the night before a game.

During the week, they frequent Hutch's on Delaware Ave.

Salfranco's (now Danny's) was popular too

Leonard Burton and Will Wolford used to hang out at the Ponderosa Buffet in OP. (that was a long time ago)

They still do stay at the Sheraton. I am good friends with a former Buffalo Bill and the day before a game they have to eat with the team at the hotel!!!!!!!

But yes they still do stay there!!

The Bills have stayed at the Four Points Sheraton for at least 10 years that I know of. A few of them crashed my girlfriend's wedding back in 1995. They always stay on the same floor too....the 6th. If you get to the hotel around 3-4pm the Saturday before the game, you can watch them as they start to file in after practice. Then, once they're all there, later in the early evening, they get together for one last meeting.

So what I am getting here is that the Sheritan's restaurant is my best bet? or i guess i just have to be lucky.

Or how about this....... What is the general consensus of what is the best restaurant to go to the night before a game?

Try the pool in the evening. I used to lifeguard there, and they used it all the time.

Because they have curfews............The Bills will have 1 or 2 floors at the hotel and they have a curfew of 10:00 on game nites, and there is security on the floors if the get back late or miss curfew ITS A FAT FINE!!!!!!!!!!!

They split up Offense, special teams, and defense and they go over last minute game planning!!!!!!

Its like that for every team in every city, my wife has been taking care of the NFL for 5 yrs now since her days in Buffalo and now here in Tampa, so thats the reason I know.

I pretty much know where every team will be staying in almost every city!!!!!
