Is it Ralph's year? Will James Lofton finally get in? Or will Steve Tasker get in on his first year?

I'd be stunned by very happy is Tasker makes it in first ballot. He's got a tough row trying to get in as the first ST player to make it. He did play some good WR his last couple seasons but he's going to have to set the trend at ST.

In the Pro Football HOF, I'm pretty sure the guys go in just as individuals, not as team members.

I don't think Tasker has a shot as a first round ballot guy- maybe a few years from now, but no way now.

Lofton merits a spot- so does RCW, Jr.
Argue like hell. Keep it clean. And when it's over, shake hands and root for our team!

                  They all should be in.

Is Reggie McKenzie in? He and Joe D were the best pulling guard tandem ever.

Tasker deserves it. Steve is the consumate professional. Humility, hard working, first team, all pro, hall of fame, Buffalo Bill.
Tasker put special teams on the map. And Tasker sacrificed a career as wide receiver to do it.
We all can recall Kelly begging for him to be a WR, and at end of Steve's career, he became one. And guess what? No one could cover him. Big play after big play in the twilight of his career.
It matters not though. Double and triple teamed off the end in punt coverage, he made the play.
Blocked how many punts? Made how many tackles? Turned how many games around?
Steve Tasker is the role model and definition of what a special teams player is.
Look up special teams player in the dictionary, and find every NFL player on kick coverage looking up Steve Tasker.

I think that Steve Tasker will get in...maybe not this year, but sometime in the next few years. He will start a whole new group in the Hall of Fame....the Special Teams players. This will help Ray Guy and other Special Teamers get in.

No punter should be in the hall of fame. Ever.
