Nice.

Wow. Mike Williams is expensive in 2005 (5.9 mil) ... he better step up.

I'm sure he's one for an extention/restructure

Mike Williams has a $3 million roster bonus and escalators on his salary, based on 2002-2004, will begin. His salary can go as high as $4 million, so $5.9 million will not be his cap number once the season ends

Marvelous

Mike Williams is better then the critics say he is.
I like to rewatch the games in the offeseaon and watch away from the ball like the o-line and most of the pressure came from the left. MW needs to work on awareness as to who to block when theres a blitz but I think he's solid and a punishing run blocker...

Anyone with tapes from last year check that out next time you watch a game...

I agree Sippio. He's had 2 different OL coaches that had little experience coaching the position AND 1st yr starters at RG both yrs. I like the additions of a quality veteran at RG and one of the best OL coaches, it will bring out the best in "Big Mike"

Having Villareal next to him will help immensely.

I think that an RT costing $6 mil against the cap should be a pretty sure candidate for the pro bowl - I don't think merely being a good RT or relying on someone good being next to you is worth that money (which was the point I was trying to make about him needing to step up).

I beleive Clump has already adressed this- he's not going to cost 6 million vs the cap

He may actually cost more because of the salary escalator :yikes:

I'm sure TD will address this after the season

So he may be moved to LT?
