Yes. Then we will trade them to Miami for 3 first round draft picks so we can get some "potential"

They will get done. At most they might miss a day or two of camp.

There's about 5 first round picks signed so far? Every team goes through this. It's a league wide problem of greed and the almighty dollar.

How profound!

i think so.. pick 10 signed... so we know what evans is worth.. about 9 million over 6 years..

and pick 21 signed.. so we know what losman is worth too.. it should be a formality now..

and both strike me as the type to make sure they are in camp.

Imagine that. A backup QB holding out. Clip board duty is expensive isn't it.

QB's never want to "slot in" to money by draft order. They always think they are worth more than what the "slot" is. They always take longer.

did grossman hold out last year?

Yes, for a short while.

Plus they always get hung up on "voidable" years, and stuff like that.

Unless Bledsoe goes down in training camp or the first 3 weeks, we don't need Losman right away anyway.

Hold out all he wants.

Trust me, going to training camp will be a huge benefit to Losman, and he knows it too. He'll be there within a week.

He's got the whole year to be schooled. I'm with MM. TD will get him in at TD's price.

I have heard that Tim Anderson is close. I think one will get done by training camp. The other should get done within a few days of the start of camp.

I much rather see Evans there at the start of camp, seeing as we are counting on him to contribute right away.

The Bills signed Mike Williams on the first day of camp. Obviously, McGahee was in no hurry to sign last year.

It's really not greed for the most part. In most cases, the lower draft picks get signed for their chump change- and with all the lower picks signed- it leaves pretty much a finite number in the rookie cap to sign them-sort of a "Well- 1.3 million is all that's left under the rookie cap- and you're the last one to sign- so guess what our offer is going to be?

I think they'll be practicing within a day or two of the start of camp.

For lengthy disputes, you normally hear something from the media by now (like last season where we heard from both TD and McGahee's agent that they were going to need some time to work things out - not that it hampered anything).
