Not sure he'd beat out Coy, but he's worth a look.

Wasn't he their franchise player?

NFL Network said he as no cartilidge in his knee. They tried putting cartilidge from a cadaver in there but it didnt work too well.

He's 39 with a bad knee. Let's not get in the habit of taking the flotsam and jetsam of the league.

Um.....no.

He and Vincent could start their own Social Security section in the backfield. Time for him to head for the pasture.

Now, no.

I say no also. We can't just start going after guys based on there names. Woodson was a very solid player about 4 years ago but not now...Not at all now.

I'm voting with the majority here. There comes a time in every player's career when experience and game smarts can no longer compensate for declining physical skills and the accumulated effects of injury. At 39 I have to believe Woodson has passed that point.

you guys are probably right. i just assumed that since he had been playing at a very good level yet in Oakland at Corner that maybe he could step back to FS and be good yet.

I agree that we shouldn't get him, but I don't think he has been very bad for a long time like some people think. Only two years ago he led the league in interceptions.

I was hoping the Bills would have looked at Former SF FS Lance Schulters...but there must be something wrong with him b/c no team has picked him up yet. (I don't think.) Anyone know what the deal is with him? He has real good range and a knack for the ball. He can also lay the lumber.

By adding a washed out and injured veteran we would be denying a roster spot from a promising young player.

No thanks.

Can we all agree that we would pass on this?

They were saying yesterday on Sportscenter that if you can't pass the Raider physical, you won't pass any body else's physical.

He never played Corner in Oakland.
