Everyone seems to be worried about our defense.
It really doesn't seem that bad.
i'll ranked based on consistency
poor (p), average (a), solid (s), good (g), excellent (e)
Corners: Winfield (g), Clements (g), Watson (s) ---> Good
They are young, talented, and have experience
Safties: Jenkins (s), Prieleou (p)---> Average
lack experince on this team. Jenkins should be solid and
although Prieloeou was solid last year that was SS not FS.
Linebackers: Robinson (s), Fletcher (e), Newman (g) ---> Good
These vets have experienced and simply good at what they do
D-Line: Schobel (s), Williams (e), Robertson (a), Office (p) --> average
Schobel was solid as a rookie, Williams is pro-bowl material,
Robertson showed flashes but still is average at best for now,
and Office showed flashes as well but still poor as of now.
Of our 11 starting defensive players, we have
2 Excellent Players
3 Good Players
3 Solid Players
1 Average Player
2 Poor Players
that seems good enough to hold offense under 21 points. If they do that i think they did their part b/c with the talent on our offense and the payroll, the offense better be scoring over 24 points every game.
