No, I didn't oversleep. But yes, I will be missing today's practices. :( My car is in the repair shop. It should be just a quick fix, but it's going to take some time to fix. Apparently, my car is falling apart. LOL The pipe that connects to the exaust flage rusted off and I need to get it reconnected. I just thought I would let you guys know, so you don't keep yelling for them.

It should be. I told my mechanic that I just need a cheap, quick fix, so this car will last me another 3-4 weeks. And then I'll be buying my new car.

Why bother getting it fixed if you're getting another in 3 weeks? Thats money that could go toward the new car Mike.

I'm just doing a cheap fix. My friend said he has a way where he could fix it so it doesn't make the noise, and he'll only charge me like 20 bucks or so.

Not a repair shop...one of my co-workers fixes up cars and he said that he should be able to do a cheap, quick fix so it doesn't make the noise and they are held together.

I'm with Mikey on this one. He's doing everything he can to get to camp so that we can see the pictures. Missing the first day, which from what I've read sounds like we didn't miss much anyway, isn't that big of a deal.

May Justa or someone can give him a ride.

Thanks Mikey. Don't sweat it. You're already by me. :miyagi:

Well, good news. I had a co-worker, who is good with repairing cars, fix my exhaust pipe. All he did was cut the rusted end off and put a new pipe to connect my exhaust pipe to the converter. And then clamp it. It's about 80% better and I don't have the converter dangling down anymore. This should last me the 3-4 weeks that I need it for and it only cost me a total of $15. $5 for the parts and I gave him $10 for doing it.

I'll be back tomorrow night with notes from the Tuesday afternoon practice, and of course photos. :D
