First of all, I just wanted to say that I apologize for going along with the "joke" last night. I didn't start it. Justasportsfan did...but I went along with it and it was wrong of me to do and I am very sorry. I was just thinking how I would've reacted if I saw that thread and I would have been going nuts, and really been upset. Eric Moulds is a huge part of our offense and if he goes down, it will really hurt. I will never make jokes about a training camp practice again, because I know you read them each day and look forward to the latest scoop. Again, I am very sorry and will try to make it up to you today by taking a ton of photos and writing the best report ever.

Looks like just a little bit of holding.

As for the joke, it was pretty fricken harmless. People have to learn not to get so upset over this stuff. Maybe you guys could have PM'd people asking if it was really true or not but it was still harmless. I don't remember how long people were lead on, but it didn't seem like TOO long.

In the overall scheme of things, yes the joke was harmless.

The timing was just very poor...and the fact they had a photo that seemed to prove it.. just magnafied its credibility.

People were online waiting for a camp report from Mikey... and his report claimed an injury. People had no reason NOT to trust him... and that was the issue.

Actual the funny thing about that pic...we were both looking at Moulds as he was leaving practice leaning on that guy and I got kinda worried. We both took a photo and then Justa said...look Mike, he's walking, it's fine. We felt so relieved. :phew:

Like I said, I don't know when they started the joke and how long they let it play out. I was under the impression that the whole joke played out under justa's thread and Mikey while Mikey played along. Did Mikey not make out a report until AFTER the joke had played out? Bad, but still not as bad as some were making it out to be. It sounded like some of you guys needed to be put on suicide watch last night. In some ways, I thought it was funnier watching how angry some of the posters were after they found out.
