Is it possible to sell of your draft picks to other teams for money to keep the players you need (to stay out of cap hell)?

If so, I think we should sell all but like 2 or 3 of ours, and get one solid linebacker, and a DB, maybe a DL guy if we don't sign Jones next year, and then trade our draft picks for money to keep the personell that we need.

why dont we take the money we have left this year and give big bonuses this year and elect to apply toward this years cap.
