Still pissed that TT didn't get those lousy 46 more yards to pass Franco Harris to be #9 all time. Curtis is going to knock him out of the top 10 this year.

I suggest read article on Thurman:
http://members.cox.net/billswatch/tt.html

It was originally on NFLtalk and I reprint it with permission.
I got a thank you note from Thurman regarding it although I just did the editing.

I could have told you 1991 - if I would have seen this post earlier - I've still got one of those McDonalds NFL Gameday cards of Thurman Thomas. I've got an idea who ever can find this same card, I'll give them like a thousand Zonebucks (if I have that many - I haven't got fined in a while).

To Prove you got it, you have to write the exact same words on his little 'bio' on the back of the card.

He will definitely get in to the Hall. Thurman was the person that invented the term All-Purpose RB. He could catch, run, and block. He was one of the first to go over 2000 in all purpose yards and do it pretty consistently in the early 90's. He will be a lock to get in.

He better be a First Ballot landslide inductee - anything less would be an insult and Thurman would be robbed.

Andre will have to wait a while. There's a waiting list for WRs who deserve to get in as it is.

Just on principle, I'd hate to see Deion get in on his first ballot. We'd never hear the end of it, his speech would be intolerable, and his head might swell to such enormous proportions that it eclipses the sun and sends us all spinning into darkness.

That is SO true. Always hated Deion. When he was with the Cowboys, the team was complete. "The Dallas A**Holes", starring Deion, Irvin, Jimmuh, Allen, Lett and several other supporting cast I can't remember right now.

No other team in history had such lack of class or humility.

Only Aikman and Moose (and maybe Emmitt...never was sure about him) had class and respect for the league and other players.

Deion would be the first guy to have some yellow pants made to match the jacket.
