    Dilfer expects to play again

Seattle Seahawks quarterback Trent Dilfer, whose season ended when he tore his right Achilles' tendon last Sunday in Dallas, is determined to play again.

Speaking Friday for the first time since his injury, Dilfer said he hopes to be ready for training camp next July.

Hey, take it easy on Trent Dilfer. He coulda woulda shoulda been a great quarterback somewhere else. The Seahawks are the Bengals of the NFC now.

I think Dilfer could be great if he stumbled into a good situation. Seahawks are destined to suck for the rest of eternity just like the Bungles. I wouldn't have minded seeing Dilfer in a Bills uniform if the Bledsoe trade wouldn't have happened.
