Is this a good thing or a bad thing?

Very good Green was very solid. I also remember seein Peters compared to a huge former TE in Denver but I can't remember his name right now.

Keith Jackson was a fairly large TE.

Jackson wasn't all that big. He was about 250#. However he was fast.

Good things, but there is a big difference here. Peters was suppose to be drafted in round 3-4 he ended up as a free agent signing. I was one hoping all though the draft we would call his name! I think this will keep him centered and motivated! From what I was at Camp last week this seems to be the case. He looked very fast and seemed to be working harder than most. Could be the steal of this years signee's!

From reading the article in the Buffalo News today it sounds like he may not even make the team.

I don't think he will make the team. The Bills have him listed dead last on the depth chart and from what I read he is a very poor blocker believe it or not. We shall see.

Coates was better than Greene. I'll take another Ben Coates please.

Don't even look at that depth chart they have Evans at # for WR. From what I have read in draft preview magazines is that he was the best blocking TE in college.

Brandon Manumaleuna of the Rams is another king-sized (6'-2", 285#) TE.

Eric Green was a tremendous athlete with speed, and a polished college WR. There is a reason he was a high 1st round pick.

If Peters doesn't make it at TE, one would think he would be a natural practice-squad candidate to see if he could develop into a OL.

Chamberlein? Something that started with a C.

I'm just relaying what was recently written about Jason Peters when compared to the other tight ends on our roster. I believe he went to a very small school so calling him the best blocking TE in college is probably a reach by the magazines. And what was recently written was that Peters was the poorest blocking tight end on the roster so far in camp.

Look I want Jason Peters to be the next Ben Coates just like everyone else but the kid didn't get drafted for a reason. He is a project, bottom line. He certainly has potential but I don't think the Bills will cut Campbell, Euhus or Neufeld for a project player.
