The front of my stomach is still pretty flat, but I'm noticing a little more fat on the sides. Does anyone know a good excerise for this? (Without using gym equipment)

Get an exercise ball and do twists or get a broom place it over our shoulder behind your neck with both hands also do a twisting motion.

Those exercise balls are GREAT!!!! You can do a lot with them...who knew. I don't know if this exercise will help with love handles, but it sounds like it would. Stand up, feet slightly spread apart, grab some free weights (I guess 10 pounds in each hand), and take your right hand and punch over to your left side. Then do the same with your left hand. Keep rotating until you do 15 complete and then take a break and so it again. I do that one, but I'm not sure why. lol

Natrix, scratch what I told you above. You're not supposed to use weights....who knew. lol
I asked the trainer at the gym tonight what are good exercises to do for love handles and he said sit-ups where you go right elbow to left knee and vice versa. He also suggested side leg lifts.
Sorry about the bad information above. Someone at the gym told me to do that one but according to the trainer I shouldn't be using weights. I'm still learning myself. I hope this new stuff helps you. Good luck! :)

Why would anyone want to punch themselves with 10 lb weights? lol.
