i just got my txt reporting that oliver gibson has been waived...any difference between cut or released?

sam and pat serve as our vets and edwards and bannan still have some potential...gibson is pretty much done

who knows...i doubt it though. i think it was only a matter of time considering the 4 players ahead of him (adams williams bannan edwards) bannan and edwards have been on the team for a while and i think theyll make the team. sape and gibson were almost gurentee cuts

funny coincidence since i just made that post about the DTs this morning.. at least they gave him some time to get up with another team if they have some injuries.

This doesn't suprise me much, I expected Pat Williams, Sam Adams, Tim Anderson, Ron Edwards, and Justin Bannan to be the 5 DTs who make the roster.

oh wow...i even completely forgot about tim anderson...i woudlnt be surprised if bannon got cut some time soon too

I agree, Sape should be next to go. If we were to keep 5 DEs, however, instead of 4, Bannan might be toast.

He must have been pretty bad. I thought he had a shot to make the team. Oh well, he wasn't going to start anyways so cya.
