    Slice & Dice/Cutdown Time

Who do you think might be victoms of down-sizing the roster?

Gildon? Has he lost a step
    A. Brown? Speed no Vision any hands
    Coleman? Fumble didn't help
    Aiken? Can he stay healthy
Sape? Is he a difference maker
PP? Does he have the nose for the ball
    Puscillo? Can he block
Wire? Can he cover or concentrate on ST
    Burns? Is he alright
    Others?

I think one guy who helped his cause in the Titans game was Simonton and I dont think we can afford to let too many O-Lineman go so Smith might be around in the End if he can stay hydrated.

    Aiken? NO.

Probably not Pucillo just yet. And I don't think Wire either.

I can see every other player listed going though.
You're right, I am a coward! I haven't any courage at all. I even scare myself.

How many KR or PR has Brown had in the lst two games?

I really wanted Brown to stay but it is not looking very good for him..... I think McGee had a big return in lst nights game and that certainly wont help brown.... I know brown had that one return lst wk that was decent but it was called back on a hold....

Are you nuts? He had 3 balls thrown his way. He made a nice catch with 1, but it was nullified by a ****ing penalty. And 1 he caught it, but didn't get in bounds first. The other one, he was underthrown.

When? I must have been out getting food or they came after I left in the 4th quarter. I did not hear his name called once.

Okay, I am exagerating a little bit...

                  1-10-BUF29 (9:33) T.Brown pass incomplete to S.Aiken.

                  2-6-TEN34 (5:01) T.Brown pass to S.Aiken pushed ob at TEN 21 for 13 yards (M.Echols).
PENALTY on BUF-L.Lawton, False Start, 5 yards, enforced at TEN 34 - No Play.

3-7-TEN35 (4:35) (Shotgun) T.Brown pass incomplete to S.Aiken. Underthrown, receiver at TEN 19, left sideline.

That first incomplete pass, he made the catch, but didn't get both feet inbounds.

So you would go with Coy as your #2 SS on the depth chart over PP, Pierson has logged SOME actual Gametime at the position and is a pretty good cover guy that likes to hit.. So with PP at least you know what you are getting, where as Wire is still a mystery man.

How about Wire as a goalline and short yardage specialist who can come in on ST and be a difference maker.. Sort of how London Fletcher was able to make the big blocks over the last couple of games to spring the return guy.

Wire could be an effective Gunner and maybe even a lead blocker in the PR or KR game.. since he likes contact, let him plant some opposing coverage guys.

I just dont see Wire being a viable option in our deep coverage unit at this point of his developement, FS is the last line of defense and Coy's lack of coverage skills make him a liability, Coverage being the weak part of his game, would cause me to have nightmares with him backing up Vincint or even Clements who likes to take chances.

You mean Izzell Reese, he plays Defense.. Ruebon Brown is the Starter in Chi-Town trying to make his 9th consecutive Pro-Bowl at LG.. the same position that we have a Pratice squad guy playing. No wonder Drew looked a little jumpy in the pocket then set Henry up to be Decapitated.. That Ravens Reject has DB feelin'
