It should be conducted before 9/4...it is automated...

the computer pre-ranks them according to yahoo's rankings, and you can just let it draft off that list if you want. You can also pre-rank them yourself by going to your team page and clicking on "edit my pre-rankings." I've done it both ways, and most of the time I just let it pick off the regular yahoo rankings, and only make last-minute adjustments because of injuries.
