Obviously we won't be seeing much of the starters, but what will you all be looking for?

I'm actually interested in seeing how the Lions play, there's been a lot of hype about them this year.

Does anybody know if Evans will be playing with the second stringers (in addition to first string duty) like he has been most of the preseason, or are they going to sit him? I'd really like to see SOMETHING out of him tonight.

I think tonight should be fairly interesting.

We get to see more out of our bench players and obviously with cuts being made pretty soon guys are going to want to show that they can play.

I still think the O-Line, whoever is on it tonight, should get a lot of reps. They've looked like **** and need all the work they can get.

The same goes for Lee Evans, IMO. He really hasn't shown me anything yet. He has as many catches as Simonton this preseason!!! That's not saying much. :down: At least get him some reps and let him catch some passes. I know he's been playing with 1st and 2nd string this preseason, so I wouldn't be surprised to see him in there past halftime.

I'm at work and just helped Mike of First Link in accessing this football game for the Buffalo area. You guys won't see it for awhile, but it is up now as they work getting the sound right and other such kinks.

Bad news is that it's in analog. So even if you're seeing it via digital cable, the quality will still be a little grainy.

It looked pretty good. Bledsoe had lots of time and when he didn't...he still managed to get the ball out, before he would be sacked. They also opened some nice holes for McGahee, but struggled with some run blocking.

You know, it's bad enough that they're playing against a kicker who can boot it into the endzone, but adding penalties really doesn't help the offense with field position... and it's not like it's only this game, the entire preseason has been plauged with penalties!!! :mad:

The Pats didn't have one starter going. They even benched their key role players (2nd team) like Kevin Faulk, Asante Samuel, Jarvis Green, Rosey Colvin, Ted Johnson, David Patten and Troy Brown. Their starting O was Rohan Davey, Mike Cloud Malaefou MacKenzie, Ben Watson, Bethel Johnson, Chas Gessner, Brandon Gorin, Stephen Neal, Gene Mruckowski, Bob Hallen and Adrian Klemm. Their starting defense was Vince Wilfork, Marquis Hill, Ethan Kelley, Grant Steen, Dan Klecko, Tully Banta-Cain, Justin Kurpeikis, Shawn Mayer, Dexter Reid, Randall Gay and Christian Morton. Half of those guys won't even make the cut.

You guys should kill Jacksonville. They run the ball well, but their passing game is crap. Their WR are young (other than Smith) and it is hurting their young QB. The Pats are playing 3rd and 4th stringers in this game and palying them to a standstill. Jacksonville's starters played the entire 1st quarter.

You guys should kill Jacksonville. They run the ball well, but their passing game is crap. Their WR are young (other than Smith) and it is hurting their young QB. The Pats are playing 3rd and 4th stringers in this game and palying them to a standstill. Jacksonville's starters played the entire 1st quarter.
