All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
IMO he is going to be a very good guard. he shows intelligence and desire and reminds me of a YOUNG rueben brown. i know this is based solely on 2 preseason games which mean absolutely nothing. nonetheless, the combination of the optimist in me and his play have led me to make such a statement.
I'm gonna just hope for a decent line this season. If Lawrence Smith turns out to be a ten year fixture and multiple pro bowl participant, that would be a very nice bonus, but first things first.
I've made up my mind. Don't confuse me with the facts.
I'm the most reasonable poster here. If you don't agree, I'll be forced to have a hissy fit.
up to this point, lawrence smith has done nothing to show me he won't be solid.. at the very least.
he will have to show some consistency for me to be confident in him.. but at least he has shown some promise.. which is something that i never had.. not for a single play, in pucillo.

Lawrence has played well but, probably a suprise to many of you.... I thought Ben Sobieski was the best offensive lineman of the preseason.(In terms of backups) Watch him every play, he doesn't get pushed around and knows what hes doing.
He is going to be a very solid Guard/Center in the future.
You're right, I am a coward! I haven't any courage at all. I even scare myself.
