    Dolphins Cut Antonio Freeman

    The team waived the following players:

    * CB Korey Banks
    * WR Ronald Bellamy
    * DE T.J. Bingham
    * DT Nate Bolling
    * DE Ronald Flemons
    * LB Brenden Givan
    * DE Otis Grigsby
    * CB Todd Howard
    * CB Eric Joyce
    * FB Ben Moa
    * WR Carl Morris
    * T Tony Pape
    * RB Fred Russell
    * QB Clint Stoerner
    * LB Winston Taylor
    * WR J.R. Tolver
    * S Quintin Williams
    * G Billy Yates

    The team terminated the contracts of the following players:

    * WR Antonio Freeman
    * TE John Jones

    Also on Sunday, the Dolphins traded offensive tackle Brad Bedell to the Green Bay Packers in exchange for an undisclosed 2006 draft choice.

        a bit surprised by the fred russell cut.. he is likely a PS guy for sure.

          Moa and Pape were fairly highly regarded as well, as I remember.
          Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?

                  Not Derrick Pope, Tony Pape, the late round OL we drafted. He was pretty much a dissapointment from the start. Ben Moa was a TE/FB who we picked up as a free agent and had some hope for. He was a project that just dind't work out I guess.
